We first found out about Hoff & Pepper via the Greater Chattanooga video feature on the company and how they make their sauce. Co-founded by Aaron Hoffman and Michelle Hoffman, this sauce company is in roughly 250+ locations for purchase across the United States.
To date we’ve only tried the Hoff Sauce, an everyday sauce with a simple blend of habaneros, red jalapeños and chipotle peppers.
Some additional details on Hoff & Pepper:
- They have a mini-flask version of their sauce that is 3.4oz, small enough to be able to get through TSA checkpoints.
- One of the only hot sauce companies we’ve seen that has a coffee additive and could potentially be used in coffee. The “Wake Up Call” is a 12oz bottle and “includes Frothy Monkey Cold Brew Coffee. This salty, sweet and savory sauce has something for everyone.”
- Most of their sauces run at $10 a pop, but there are several package deals
