Shipping Policy
We understand that once you’ve decided to purchase some sauce, you want it as soon as possible.
TL;DR For shipping, we use Priority Mail with USPS out of Columbus, OH. From the time of your purchase, we will ship your product within 2-5 business days. From that time, Priority Mail typically takes one to three business days to arrive at your location.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
Shipments will not happen on holidays or Sundays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and are unable to process your order within the above time period we will reach out directly to communicate these changes. For all questions, please contact us at ron@fartleyfarms.com
Shipment to P.O. boxes and Apartments
Fartley Farms ships to PO Boxes and apartments, but is not responsible for any delays that may result from the holding of that package.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Fartley Farms is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Fartley Farms is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. International Shipping Policy
We currently are not shipping internationally, but if you are outside of the United States and interested in purchasing sauce, please reach out to ron@fartleyfarms.com
