Returns

If you bought any of our wares from fartleyfarms.com and are interested in returning them, please get in touch with us at fartleyfarms@gmail.com. Our goal is to help you have the best experience possible, so please let us know what troubles you’ve encountered and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

To speed things up, please include your order number and relevant photos so we can better identify a solution.

Refunds 

After receiving your request, we will be in touch about the next steps. If desired, we will work to refund your purchase (minus shipping costs) or process an exchange (we’ll cover shipping on the way back to you). Throughout the process we will keep a tight feedback loop to make sure we arrive at a solution together as quickly as possible.

If the solution results in a refund, we will proceed with that action. Refunds typically take one to seven business days with our payment processor.
