Habanero Cilantro Vinaigrette Recipe

You say cilantro tastes like soap, but we say it tastes like a great salad topping. Green on greens!
- 1 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro
- 1 Habanero
- Get a jar.
- Put your ingredients in the jar.
- Shake vigorously.
- Adjust for taste.
- Enjoy your spicy greeneries with newfound spiciness.
- ...that's all. Pretty easy.
We were tired of eating ranch and had one habanero just sitting around so we made a light, fluffy, spicy vinaigrette for some leafy greens.
Tweak the recipe as needed (more lime, less garlic, etc), but be sure to shake it all up. As you can see in the image it’s not going to taste great if all the oil is still just sitting on top. Think of it as your workout for the day.
