CBD and Tiger Sauce Infused Brat

A restaurant in Milwaukee is unveiling new CBD infused items to their menu. The Milwaukee Brat House gave further details on “The Pineapple Express – CBD Brat is a CBD oil and Tiger Sauce infused smoked brat topped with pineapple habanero salsa and served in a fried pita.” We’ve noticed an uptick in CBD and spicy combos lately. What about it is appealing to you?

Is Hot Sauce Keto Friendly?

We were asked this question this week and were not surprised that the answer was almost always a yes. Sauces with fruits, added sugars, syrups or even chocolate start to increase the carb level, so be wary of those. Further reading right here on the Fartley Farms website.

30 Days of Spice For South Australian Restaurant

Madame Hanoi, a multi-award winning French-Vietnamese bar & bistro in Adelaide South Australia, is bringing a full months worth of spicy dishes to customers. Featuring 10 different types of chiles, there will be many dishes for folks to choose from including wings, pork skewers, Mai Tais and more. One fun feature, reports Broadsheet, is the “chilli roulette, where diners are faced with a plate of four skewers that look exactly the same but one is spiked with the Carolina Reaper.” Sounds like a good time. Maybe we should dust off our passports.

Hazing and Hot Sauce

We’re not going to spend much time on this one, but we are starting to get concerned with using hot sauce as a weapon or drinking a whole bottle as a symbol of how “tough” you can be. Hot sauce is supposed to be fun. Our hope is that people will stop being stupid with the sauce and take it back to the good old days.

Return of the King – Angry Whopper Edition

Burger King is bringing back a spicy staple originally released in 2016. Thrillist outlines the return, but the long and short is that it’s the same old WHOPPER, but blitzed with jalapeños, angry onions, and “angry sauce.” The angry sauce, some have surmised, is brown sugar, ketchup, cayenne sauce, mustard, mayo, cayenne and chili powder. Who knows for sure, but if you’re looking for some kick, the Angry WHOPPER is probably a good fast food choice for you.
