Formerly named “Fart Modell” this is a sinister sauce that has the ability to make you pack up your things, leave a loving fan base and make people cry. Not wanting to be sued by his estate we opted to rename it. This sauce is enough to warm your cold, dead heart right up, with a splash of maple syrup, an infusion of ginger all tied together with the Carolina Reaper. At a 6/7 on the Fartley Farms Heat Scale, it’s got the potential to make you sweat. Or cry. Or both.
Joe –
This is one of my new favorite hot sauces and I can’t wait to try it on everything. The heat from the reaper offers a slow burn while the ginger offers a unique flavor. I’m always out looking for hot sauces that provide a flavor profile you can’t find at your local store and “Warm Your Cold, Dead Fart” delivers a one of a kind taste. This is going to be a staple in my kitchen for years to come.
Chase. –
I like spicy food, but not so spicy that my mouth melts off. Let this be a warning, this one is very hot. For me, it only takes a few drops of this liquid, that I think Fartley Farms sourced from he surface of the sun, to do the trick. But I have to say the taste is rich and flavorful. Plus, I can taste it through the flavors of the food I’m eating. My recommendation: don’t go overboard on the first try. Try a bit and add more as needed. Gotta find the sweet (or spicy) spot.

Mix this up with some basic gurl ranch for the best dang sauce on this side of the Mississippi. We use this on nachos, tacos and for dipping veggies

This stuff will leave sweat on your brow, your mouth tingling, and you wanting more. Mix some of this into Cane’s Sauce and you have yourself the best fry dipping sauce imaginable.

Amazing flavor with plenty of heat upfront. The sharp bright ginger really adds a unique element. Only thing it leaves me wondering when is 7 going to be released.
